BMV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.123/VNF1FLOUR-TCKT dated 19/04/2024 of Vinafood 1 Flour Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with the Notice no.846/TB-VSDC dated 28/02/2024 by VSDC
Reason: the Company is unable to prepare the materials for organizing the meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with the Notice no.846/TB-VSDC dated 28/02/2024 by VSDC
