Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3467/UBCK-PTTT dated 25th May 2020 of the State Securities Commission on approving the trading intermission schedule for 2021 and 2022 and Notice No. 3020/TB-VSD dated 1st October 2021 regarding the 2022 settlement intermission schedule, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the holiday and settlement schedule for securities transactions as follows:

On the occasion of Hung Kings Commemoration Day (10th of March, lunar calendar), VSD will have a day off on Monday, 11th April 2022 (according to Labor Code). Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 7th and 8th April 2022 will be settled on 12th and 13th April 2022 respectively; securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 8th April 2022 will be settled on 12th April 2022.

On the occasion of  the Liberation Day 30th of April and the International Labor Day 1st of May, VSD will have days off from Monday 2nd May to Tuesday 3rd May 2022 which is compensatory holiday according to the Labor Code. Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 28th and 29th April 2022 will be settled on 4th and 5th May 2022 respectively; securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 29th April 2022 will be settled on 4th May 2022.
VSD would like to inform depository members, clearing members, direct account holders and kindly request depository members, clearing members to inform this holiday and settlement schedule to investors.
