On 21/5/2026, the General Director of VSDC issued Decision No. 92/QD-VSDC amending and supplementing several articles of Decision No. 42/QD-VSDC dated April 29, 2025 Decision on issuing the Guideline on connecting with the ISO-message based gateway for business operations of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation. The Decision amended and supplemented the contents related to the guidance on registering for connection to the ISO-message based gateway for the depository and settlement of greenhouse gas emission allowance a and carbon credit transactions of VSDC.
