Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) plans to upgrade and expand its system for calculating, managing, and using trading margin for the cash market, following the processing procedures of an information technology application investment project. In order to provide a basis for the competent authority to consider and select a consulting firm to prepare the Project Feasibility Study Report, VSDC hereby invites interested enterprises and organizations to submit their company profiles relevant to the above-mentioned consulting services, with detailed information as follows:
1. Purpose: Selection of a contractor under the simplified direct appointment method.
2. Deadline for receiving profiles: by June 4, 2026.
3. Requirements for Company Profile Documents
- Legal documents of the business/insitution (Business registration certificate, including business lines related to consulting functions in the field of information technology);
- Profile of capabilities and experience in implementing projects and contracts similar to the services mentioned above;
- List of company personnel involved in consulting work (including professional certificates, etc.);
- Financial statements for the most recent years (2023, 2024, 2025);
Other relevant documents (if any).
The enterprise or insitution providing the capability profile is responsible for the accuracy of the information, ensuring it is consistent with its ability to provide and complies with the law on competition and other relevant regulations.
