ALV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 04/2022/ALV-TB dated 21st March 2022 of ALV Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 8th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 435/TB-VSD dated 21st February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: the Company needs more time to prepare materials and better organization. Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to delay the organization of 2022 Annual General Meeting before 30th June 2022 at the latest.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
