Pursuant to the notice no.12/2022/CV-HQC dated 21st March 2022 of Hoang Quan Consulting Trading Service Real Estate Corporation regarding cancellation of the notice on finalizing the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date of 7th February 2022 in accordance with Notice no.39/TB-CNVSD dated 18th January 2022 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the complicated Covid-19 situation has affected the preparation of the meeting.
The meeting time is expected to be before 30th June 2022. The Issuer will send notice of meeting and record date for the annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
