According to document no. 245/VPCP-KGVX dated 11th January 2022 of the Government Office as regards 2022 Lunar new year holiday of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees and Notice no.3467/UBCK-PTTT dated 25th May 2020 of State Securities Commission regarding adjustment of 2021 days off schedule and adjustment of 2022 days off schedule, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce days off and trading suspension schedule as follows:
VSD will have days off from Monday 31st January 2022 (29th December Lunar New Year) to Friday 4th February 2022 (4th January Lunar New Year) in accordance with the Labour Code.
The securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 27th and 28th January 2022 will be settled respectively on 7th and 8th February 2022. The securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 28th January 2022 will be settled on 7th February 2022.
VSD would like to announce to the depository members and direct account holders for information and notifying investors of work-off schedule and payment schedule.
