ISH: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the notice no.303/TB-CT dated 29th October 2021 of IDICO Srok Phu Mieng Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the change of cash dividend payment time (record date: 22nd October 2021) as follows:
Announced information in the Document no.1288/TB-CNVSD dated 1st October 2021 by VSD's Branch:
- payment time: 11th November 2021
Changed information:
- payment time: 17th January 2022
Reason: The weather situation in the first 6 months of 2021 is not favorable for electricity production and business, the Company has not arranged enough money for 2020 fiscal year cash dividend payment as announced.
Other contents in the Notice no.1288/TB-CNVSD dated 1st October 2021 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
