Pursuant to the document no. 08/CV-PEC dated 19th May 2021 of Power Engineering JSC (PEC) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 20th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1586/TB-VSD dated 4th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 in Hanoi and other provinces, to prevent the epidemic spread, the Board of Directors agreed to cancel the list of shareholders finalized on the record date of 20th May 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
