CTP: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 0605-21/CV-CTP dated 6th May 2021 of Minh Khang Capital Trading Public Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of first advance payment of 2020 cash dividend of RCL share (record date: 22nd March 2021) as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 11th May 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with the notice no.722/TB-CNVSD dated 28th April 2021 by VSD's Branch
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam and recommendations by the Ministry of Health to limit events with large crowds
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
