SPJ12101: Belated Transfer of bond interest payment
Pursuant to the notice no. 1731/TB-CNVSDC dated 17/09/2025 by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch on the record date for the 18th payment of bond interest of T Sai Gon Phu Minh Joint Stock Company, record date 02/10/2025,, the payment date is 13/10/2025.
On 09/10/2025, CNVSDC received Official Letter No. 38/2025/CV-SGPM dated 08/10/2025 from Saigon Phu Minh Joint Stock Company regarding the delay in transferring payment of bond interest for the 18th period. Reason: payment source has not been arranged in time. However, in the above Official Letter, Saigon Phu Minh Joint Stock Company has not specifically announced the new payment date to bondholders. Therefore, VSDC Branch will notify Members of the payment time of bond interest for the 18th period of bond code SPJ12101 after receiving the notice from Saigon Phu Minh Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SPJ12101 bonds.
