VOC: Cancellation of the record date for exercising entitlements

Pursuant to the notice no. 11/DTV-TC dated 12th March 2021 of Vietnam Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation regarding the cancellation of finalizing the shareholder list for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the notice of the record date of 26th March 2021 and confirmation of securities owner list for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.409/TB-CNVSD dated 10th March 2021 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the Company needs more time for preparation of materials, documents, information for 2021 annual general meeting to be better and compliant with the current regulations.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
