Pursuant to the document no. 35/2020/CV-SGT dated 20th February 2021 of Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting on the record date of 3rd February 2020 (as notified by VSD's Branch in the Notice no. 33/TB-CNVSD dated 15th January 2021).
Reason: Because the former record date is close to the Lunar New Year and the recurrence of Covid-19, the Company decided to change the date of 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from March 2021 to April 2021 to have time to prepare and avoid crowding in the current period.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
