+ Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares: due to the execution rate of 1:1, there is no fractional shares.
+ Principle of handling unsubscribed shares:

• The number of shares that existing shareholders do not make subscription will be (i) offered by the Board of Directors (BOD) to other investors in complance with prevailing laws and with the price not lower than the offered price; or (ii) are cancelled and the BOD decides offer closing
• The number of shares that have not been fully distributed to existing shareholders and distributed to investors in need are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion
• For shares that are not fully distributed to existing shareholders, the Company will distribute to foreign investors to ensure compliance with foreign onwership regulation.

Example: Shareholder A who owns 105 shares at the closing date of the shareholder list. According to the above principle, shareholder A is entitled to buy 105 shares (105x1=105).
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 3rd October 2022 to 19th October 2022
+ Shareholders are allowed to transfer rights to others within the specified time period and transfer once only (Transferor is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party)
+ Existing shareholders are allowed to transfer rights to local investors to ensure the compliance with regulation on foreign ownership
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 3rd October 2022 to 24th October 2022
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment to blockade account for subscription.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 28th September 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
