Pursuant to the document no.739/2025/CV_NHLK.GDNV dated 07/11/2025 of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPB) on cancellation of the record date for 2nd payment of TPB12327 bond interest (record date: 10/11/2025, payment date: 08/12/2025), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Cancelling the content of the record date for 2nd Payment of TPB12327  Bond Interest (from 06/12/2024 inclusive to 06/12/2025 exclusive) on the record date of 10/11/2025.
- Reason: On 31/10/2025, TPB redeemed all TPB12327 before maturity and was responsible for fully paying the redemption amount to bondholders.
