RHG12102: Changing the time for the 14th payment of bond interest

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document no.33/2025/CV-RHG dated 27/10/2025 of R&H Group Joint Stock Company on changing the time of the 14th interest payment for RHG12102 bond (record date: 13/6/2025), VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- The payment date in accordance with document no.12782/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 25/9/2025 by VSDC: 30/10/2025
- Adjusted payment date: 28/11/2025.
- Reason: Due to difficulties in business, the Issuer has not arranged money for the 14th interest payment of RHG12102 bond on 30/10/2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12102 bonds at DMs.
- The payment date in accordance with document no.12782/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 25/9/2025 by VSDC: 30/10/2025
- Adjusted payment date: 28/11/2025.
