RHG12102: Changing the time for the 14th payment of bond interest

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document no.133/2025/CV-RHG dated 05/12/2025 of R&H Group Joint Stock Company on changing the time of the 14th interest payment for RHG12102 bond (record date: 13/6/2025), VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- The payment date in accordance with document no.15627/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 26/11/2025 by VSDC: 31/12/2025.
- Adjusted payment date: 09/12/2025.
- Reason: the Issuer has arranged the fund for the 14th interest payment of RHG12102 bond.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12102 bonds at DMs.
- The payment date in accordance with document no.15627/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 26/11/2025 by VSDC: 31/12/2025.
- Adjusted payment date: 09/12/2025.
- Reason: the Issuer has arranged the fund for the 14th interest payment of RHG12102 bond.
