Notification of Days Off Schedule in 2021 Lunar New Year

According to document no. 7228/UBCK-PTTT dated 9th December 2020 of State Securities Commission as regards 2021 Lunar new year holiday and Notice no.3686/TB-VSD dated 14th December 2020 regarding adjustment of 2021 days off schedule, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce days off and trading suspension schedule as follows:
VSD will have days off from Wednesday, 10th February 2021 (29th December of Lunar Year) to Tuesday, 16th February 2021 (5th January of Lunar Year) in accordance with the Labour Code, in which Monday (15th February 2021) and Tuesday (16th February 2021) are compensation days off in accordance with the Labour Code.
The securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 8th and 9th February 2021 will be settled respectively on 17th and 18th February 2021. The securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 9th February 2021 will be settled on 17th February 2021.
VSD would like to announce to the depository members and direct account holders for information and notifying investors of work-off schedule and payment schedule.
The securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 8th and 9th February 2021 will be settled respectively on 17th and 18th February 2021. The securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 9th February 2021 will be settled on 17th February 2021.
VSD would like to announce to the depository members and direct account holders for information and notifying investors of work-off schedule and payment schedule.
