- Meeting agenda: Report on 2019 business results and 2020 business plan; Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2019 activities; 2019 audited financial statements; Proposal of 2019 profit distribution and dividend payment; Proposal of earnings reserved for bonus fund establishment for the BOD in 2020; Proposal of authorizing the BOD to select an independent auditing company in 2020; Other relevant issues.
2. Second Payment of 2019 Cash Dividend

Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre 2 Hamlet, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District, Hochiminh City (Road D3-Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone) on weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 23rd April 2020. ID cards, power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 13th March 2020
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
