Pursuant to document no. 11/CV-HĐQT dated 1^st April 2020 of Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:

Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company cancels the shareholder list for 2019 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting on the record date of 11^th March 2020 (as notified in Notice no. 147/TB-CNVSD dated 18^th February 2020)
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complex situation of Covid-19, the Board of Directors approved to cancel 2020 annual general meeting
Other contents in notice no. 147/TB-CNVSD dated 18^th February 2020 by VSD’s Branch remain unchanged. Second payment of 2019 cash dividend will be kept unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
