- Meeting agenda: Report on 2022 business results and 2023 business plan (reported by the Management Board); Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on activities in the 4th term (2018-2022) and directions in the 5th term (2023-2027); 2022 activity report by the BOD; report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on activities in 2022 and the 4th term (2018-2022); 2022 audited financial statements; proposal for earnings reserved for fund establishment and advance payment of 2022 dividend; proposal for earnings reserved for bonus fund establishment for the BOD in 2023; proposal for authorizing the BOD to select an independent auditing company in 2023; proposal for introducing candidates of the BOD, SB for the 5th term (2023-2027); and other relevant issues.
b. Advance Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre 2 Village, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (D3 Road - West North Cu Chi Industrial Zone) (on working days Monday - Friday) from 25th April 2023. ID cards and power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
