Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Conversion rate: 1:1.40 (shareholders owning 100 shares of Viglacera Thang Long Joint Stock Company are entitled to receive 140 share of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of VIT shares each TLT shareholder receives during the conversion will be rounded down to the whole number; any resulting fractional shares will be canceled.
- Example: Shareholder A owns 9 TLT shares on the record date . Shareholder A will then be entitled to 9 rights, which will be converted for VIT shares: 9 x 1.40 = 12.6 VIT shares. According to the rounding-down principle, Shareholder A will receive 12 VIT shares, and the fractional 0.6 shares will be canceled.
- For shares registered for trading on the Stock Exchange:
+ Date of suspension of trading on the UPCOM trading system: February 4, 2026.
+ Last trading day before suspension of trading on the UPCOM trading system: February 3, 2026.
+ Starting from February 4, 2026, TLT shares will not be traded or transfered on the market
- Implementation place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will implement conversion procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will implement conversion procedures at Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company, Tien Son Industrial Park, Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province on weekdays (Monday to Friday). ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Viglacera Thang Long Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
