Reason: Currently, the Company is facing a lot of financial difficulties due to belated and time-consuming settlement of projects, delayed capital recovery, unpaid salary to employees, amounts payable to the State Budget (taxes, insurance, etc) with large amounts. The company is carrying out a plan of financial restructuring to maintain operations, making efforts to arrange capital and prioritize payment of employees and the budget. Therefore, the Company has not been able to arrange money to pay dividend.
Other contents in Notice no.770/TB-CNVSD dated 12th June 2015 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
