On 29 July 2013, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document dated 26 July 2013 of Royal International Securities (IRS) notifying change of member of the Board of Directors in accordance with 2013 Extraordinary General Meeting, details are as follows:
1. Mr. Doan Danh Hung is not a member of the Board of Directors any longer but holds the position of the Head of the Supervisory Board;
2. Ms. Tran Thi Thu Huong is not the Head of the Supervisory Board any longer, but is a member of the Board of Directors.
