On 20/12/2024, VSDC received the report from Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company regarding the case that foreign investor being institutional investor executing non-prefunding share buying transactions, placing order via Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company did not repurchase shares as prescribed in clause 3, Article 9a, Circular 68/2024/TT-BTC dated 18/9/2024.
