Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Reason and purpose: 2012 Annual General Meeting.

2. Specific details: 2012 Annual General Meeting.

- Execution rate: for common stock: 1 share - 1 voting right.

- Planned execution time: From 27 to 30 April 2012.

- Meeting venue: Be announced later.

- Meeting agenda:

+ 2011 business production result report and 2012 business production plan;

+ Approval of 2011 audited financial report;

+ Report by the Supervisory Board;

+ Approval of 2011 method of profit allocation and dividend payment;

+ Approval of report on remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board; 2012 plan;

+ Report on situation of personel organization within the authority of the General Meeting.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to check and send confirmation on the accuracy of the list of shareholders having deposited PSG shares to VSD’s Branch Office.

Method of confirmation: Original document.

As for members in far places, it is possible to send via fax first and the original document by courier later. In this case, members must register fax number with VSD's Branch in writing; and the fax number and time should be available on the faxed confirmation document.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 4 April 2012.

If members do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD's Branch will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD's Branch accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.

DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited PSG shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the Notice.
