Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Planned execution time: 28/11/2023.
- Meeting venue: the issuer will announce officially in the invitation letter
- Meeting agenda:
+ Proposal on approving the change of members of the Board of Directors;
+ Proposal  on amendment of the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Company;
+ Proposal on the adoption of internal regulations on governance; Operating regulations of the Board of Directors;
+ Proposal on the adoption of Operating regulations of the Supervisory Board
+ Proposal on dimissal of members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board
+ Proposal on election of members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028
+ Proposal on selection of auditing firm to audit financial reports from 2021 to 2023
+ Proposal on settlement of 2012-2022 remuneration and 2023 remuneration plan of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board
+ Other contents under the authority of the general meetings
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 01/11/2023
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to check and send confirmation in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders having deposited PSG shares via VSD's terminal for DMs/ or via email address thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn for direct account holding members.

(In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction).

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 3p.m on 20 November 2012.

If members do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.

DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
