In July 2026, there was a total of 261 foreign investors and economic institutions with foreign investors owning more than 50% of the charter capital (52 institutions and 209 individuals) being granted trading codes by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).
In addition, VSDC approved modification of information for 91 foreign investors (29 institutions and 62 individuals), cancelled securities trading codes for 10 institutional investors. The total number of trading codes is 54,042 trading codes (6,554 institutions and 47,488 individuals).
