In Jan 2025, there was a total of 368 foreign investors and economic institutions with foreign investors owning more than 50% of the charter capital (18 institutions and 350 individuals) being granted trading codes by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).
In addition, VSDC approved modification of information for 42 foreign investors (2 institutions and 40 individuals), canceled securities trading codes for 7 foreign investors (2 individuals and 5 institutions). The total number of trading codes is 52,151 trading codes (6,359 institutions and 45,792 individuals).
