Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 18/08/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Lot 08, 09, Tan My Chanh Industrial and Handicraft Cluster, My Phong ward, Dong Thap province on working days from 18/08/2026. ID cards/passports (for individuals), Certificate of business registration (for institutions) have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2025 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 10:01 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares will be removed
For example, on record date, shareholder A owns 109 shares,  he shall be entitled to (109/10 * 1) = 10.90 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 10 new shares and the 0.9 fractional shares will be removed.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Lot 08, 09, Tan My Chanh Industrial and Handicraft Cluster, My Phong ward, Dong Thap province. ID cards/passports (for individuals) and Certificate of business registration (for institutions) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
