Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 20:3 (shareholders are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 20 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares will be removed
For example, on record date, shareholder A owns 132 shares,  he shall be entitled to (132/20*3) = 19.80 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 19 new shares and the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Lot 08, 09, Tan My Chanh Industrial and Handicraft Cluster, Ward 9, My Tho city, Tien Giang Province. ID cards/passports (for individuals) and Certificate of business registration (for institutions) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
