Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2025 stock dividend
- Payment rate: 100:5.0000243 (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 5.0000243 shares)
- Principle of rounding, Handling of Fractional Shares (if any): The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled and not issued.
Example: shareholder A owns 175 shares. Shareholder A will receive additional shares calculated as follows: (175 : 100) x 5.0000243 = 8.750042525 shares. Shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 8 new shares (the fractional share of 0.750042525 will be canceled).
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company at the address: Tien Son Industrial Park, Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution ratio: 100:11.0000540 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 11.0000540 newly issued shares).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares each shareholder receives when issuing shares to increase capital from equity capital will be rounded down to the whole number. Fractional shares (if any) will be canceled and not issued.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 225 shares. Shareholder A will receive additional shares calculated as follows: (225 : 100) x 11,0000540 = 24,750121,500 shares. Shareholder Nguyen Van A received 24 new shares (the fractional share of 0.750121500 will be canceled).
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company at the address: Tien Son Industrial Park, Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Viglacera TienSon Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
