Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 4%/share (400 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 03/9/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the headquarters of Quang Nam Transportion Construction Joint - Stock Company on weekdays starting from September 3, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 100:12 (Shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 12 new shares)
- Rounding method and handling of fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded to the whole number. Any fractional shares arising from the exercise of rights and any resulting fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 265 shares of Quang Nam Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company. According to the  ratio, shareholder A will receive: 265 * 12/100 = 31.8 shares. Following the rounding-down principle, shareholder A will receive 31 new shares. The fractional 0.8 shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedures to receive newly issued shares to increase share capital from equity capital at the headquarters of Quang Nam Transportion Construction Joint - Stock Company. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Quang Nam Transportion Construction Joint - Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
