Viglacera TienSon Joint Stock Company and institutions, individuals participating in the process of preparing documents for adjustment of the number of registered shares are legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the documents; Organizations and individuals participating in the verification of documents are legally responsible within the scope related to those documents as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024.
