Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:21 (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 21 shares)
- Principle of rounding, Handling of Fractional Shares (if any): The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be redeemed as treasury shares with the price of 10,000 VND/share. Shareholders contact Ha Lo Technologies Joint Stock Company to implement procedures of fractional share payment (if any)
Example: Shareholder A owns 190 shares on the record date to finalize the list of shareholders exercising rights. With the rate of 100:21, shareholder A will receive (190*21/100) = 39.9 shares. According to the above rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 39 new shares and 0.9*10,000=9,000 VND
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Ha Lo Technologies Joint Stock Company, Land lot no. 1616, map no. 39, Trinh Hoai Duc road, Khanh Loc quarter, Tan Hiep ward, Hochiminh city. ID cards/Passports (for individuals) and Certificates of business registration (for institutions) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
Ha Lo Technologies Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
