- Payment rate: 04:01 (Shareholder owning 1 share is entitled to receive 1 right and to receive 1 new share for every 4 rights)
- Rounding principle, Handling of Fractional Shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be redeemed as treasury shares with the price of 10,000 VND/share. Shareholders contact Ha Lo Technologies Joint Stock Company to make procedures of fractional share payment (if any)
Example: Shareholder A owns 183 shares on the record date to finalize the list of shareholders exercising rights. With the rate of 04:01, shareholder A will receive (183*1/4)=45.75 shares. According to the above rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 45 new shares and 0.75*10,000=7,500 VND
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Ha Lo Technologies Joint Stock Company, Land lot no. 1616, map no. 39, Trinh Hoai Duc road, Khanh Loc quarter, Khanh Binh ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province.    ID cards/Passports (for individuals) and Certificates of business registration (for institutions)
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
