- Payment rate: 100:20  (Shareholders are entitled to 20 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): the number of share allocated to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 189 shares are entitled to receive 37.8 (=189*20%). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 37 shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at:
·     Area in Ho Chi Minh City: Bao Minh Securities Joint Stock Company (34A Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). For cases requiring assistance, the owner should contact the branches/transaction offices of Nam A Commercial Bank nationwide.
·     Areas outside Ho Chi Minh City: business units of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank nationwide.
Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
