- Payment rate: 100:25  (Shareholders are entitled to 25 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): the number of share allocated to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 187 shares are entitled to receive 46.75 (=187*25%). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 46 shares, the 0.75 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at:
·     Area in Ho Chi Minh City: Bao Minh Securities Joint Stock Company (3rd Floor, Pax Sky Building, No. 34A Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City).
·     Areas outside Ho Chi Minh City: business units of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank nationwide.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
