- Meeting venue: HD Tower, 25Bis Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Content: Approval of matters within the authority of the General Meeting as stipulated by law and HDBank's Charter. The consultation documents will be published on the HDBank website (Investor section) no later than 26/3/2026.
