Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch (CNVSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of 2024 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 100:25 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 25 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be donated to the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
- Example:  Shareholder A owns 1,001 shares x 25% = 250.25 shares. Shareholder A will receive the entirety of 250 shares, the remaining 0.25 shares will be given to the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) - 2nd Floor, AB Building, 76A Le Lai, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented. 
b. Share Issuance for Raising Share Capital from Owner's Equity
- Execution rate: 100:4.69 (shareholders are entitled to receive 4.69 new shares for every 100 shares they own). 
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be donated to the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock
- For example: Shareholder A owns 1,500 shares x 4.69% = 70.35 shares. Shareholder A will receive the entirety of 70 shares, the remaining 0.35 shares will be given to the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive the shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the  shares at the office of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) - 2nd Floor, AB Building, 76A Le Lai, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
