+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2025 business performance results and 2026 business plan
+ BOD's Proposal for approving 2025 audited financial statements
+ Report by the BOD on the governance and performance of the BOD and each member of the BOD
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) at the General Meeting 
+ SB's proposal for recommending the General Meeting to approve the selection of an independent auditing firm to audit and review 2026 financial statements 
+ BOD's proposal for the plan for distributing after-tax profits for the fiscal year 2025; approving 2025 remuneration plan for the BOD and SB and 2026 plan;
+ BOD's proposal for approving the policy on transactions between the Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies within the same economic group/VINACONEX group;
+ BOD's proposal for amending and supplementing the Corporation's Charter;
+ BOD's proposal for dismissing and electing additional members of the BoD for the 2022-2027 term;
+ Election of additional members to fill vacant positions on the BoD
+ Other issues (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
