- Execution venue: The Company's office is located at 367 Nguyen Trai Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Contents: Approval of the acquisition of PMC shares of Tasco Pharmaceutical and Biological Products Co., Ltd., without having to conduct a public offering as required by applicable law.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
