Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 8%/share (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 8 new shares)
- Rounding principle, Handling of Fractional Shares (if any): The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded to the whole number and according to the rounding down principle. The fractional decimal shares arising (if any) will be cancelled.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 119 shares. Then, the number of shares shareholder A receives is: (119x8)/100=9.52 shares. After rounding down to the whole number , the actual number of shares that shareholder A receives is 9 shares. The fractional shares of 0.52 shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Viet Nam Contruction And Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (Foreign Affairs and Shareholder Relations Department, Room 2403, 24th floor, Vinaconex Building, 34 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi).  ID cards/Passports, share certificate have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
