+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2025 business results, activity results of the BOD, CEO
+ Proposal for profit distribution
+ Proposal for 2026 remuneration to the BOD, SB
+ Proposal for selecting an audit company for 2026 financial statements
+ Proposal for approving contracts, transactions of supplying petroleum for the Company
+ Proposal for revising the Charter
+ Proposal for revising the internal regulation on Corporate governance
+ Proposal for revising the working regulation of the BOD
+ Election of independent BOD member
+ Other related issues within the authority of the general meeting

b) Advance payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate:  10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 02/04/2026
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of MATERIALS PETROLEUM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, address: COMECO building, level 9, 549 Dien Bien Phu, Ban Co ward, Ho Chi Minh City from 2/04/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
