- Shareholders whose names are on the final list on the record date of 26/02/2026 are entitled to nominate candidates to the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) for the 8th term (2025 - 2030) as follows:
+ Record date for exercising the right to nominate candidates for the planned election to fill or replace members of the BOD, SB for the 8th term (2025 – 2030): 26/02/2025.
+ Upon the the State Bank of Vietnam's approval of the proposed personnel list, the BOD plans to submit to the General Meeting  for approval the adjustment of the number of Eximbank Board of Directors members for term VIII (2025 - 2030) to 7 members, including at least 2 independent members. The number of Eximbank BOD members for term VIII (2025 - 2030) expected to be elected as replacements is 6 members (including at least 1 independent member).

The number of Eximbank Supervisory Board members for term VIII (2025 - 2030) expected to be elected as replacements is 4 members.

+ Number of candidates to be elected to the BOD, SB for the 8th term (2025 – 2030): According to the prevailing laws and the Charter and stated in the Notice of nominating planned personnel to the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board for the 8th term (2025 - 2030)
+ Time of sending notification to shareholders of nominating candidates for the planned election to fill or replace members of the BOD, SB for the 8th term (2025 - 2030): from 02/3/2026
+ Time and venue of receiving application of shareholders/group of shareholders of nominating candidates for the planned election to fill or replace members to the BOD, SB for the 8th term (2025 - 2030):
Venue: Eximbank Board of Directors Office - 7th Floor, Building A, Fideco Building, 28 Phung Khac Khoan Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Time of receiving nomination application: by 5 pm on 16/03/2026.
- Nomination application sent to Eximbank after 5 p.m. on 16/03/2026. are considered invalid and will not be reviewed (except for additional documents as requested by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) or the Personnel Record Reviewing Subcommittee, or the Board of Directors of Eximbank).
+ Time of receiving application is based on the actual time when Eximbank receives the application directly or from the Post Office.
+ Expected time for checking and reviewing the nomination application: 17/03/2026.
+ Expected time for Eximbank to submit documents to SBV for consideration and approval of the proposed list of additional personnel to Eximbank's Board of Supervisors for 8th term (2025 - 2030) to conduct elections at the General Meeting: 18/03/2026.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
