Combination of fixed interest rate and floating interest rate, specifically as follows: + Interest rate for the first interest period is: 7.92%/year + For each interest period after the first interest period is determined by the sum of 3.22%/year and the reference interest rate. In which, "Interest period" means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the issuance date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive. In case the bond is redeemed before maturity according to the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest period for the bonds redeemed before maturity will be calculated from the last day of the most recent interest period inclusive to the date the bond is redeemed before maturity exclusive. “Reference interest rate” means the average of the savings interest rates applied to individual customers with a term of 12 months in Vietnam Dong announced by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam at or around 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) on the interest rate determination date of that interest calculation period. “Working day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday (including compensatory off days) in Vietnam. “Interest rate determination date” means that for each interest calculation period for which the reference interest rate is to be determined, it is the 11th working day before the first day of that interest calculation period.
