Shareholders are kindly requested to refer to Notice No. 3193/2025/TB-HĐQT dated December 30, 2025 by the Board of Directors of Fortune Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank regarding the conditions, standards, and procedures for nominating and electing additional members of the Board of Directors of Fortune Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for the 4th term (2023 – 2028).
b. 2026 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned Meeting time: April 2026 
- Planned meeting venue: Ha Noi
(The time, location of the Meeting, criteria and procedures for nominating and electing Board members will be specifically announced in the Meeting Invitation letter and/or information disclosure documents posted on the website www.lpbank.com.vn).
- Meeting agenda:
+ Election of additional Board members for 4th term (2023 - 2028);
+ Other matters within the authority of the General Meeting;
- The agenda and documents of the Meeting will be announced at least 21 days before the date of the General Meeting.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
