Pursuant to the document no. 59-25/VJC-TCKT dated 30/12/2025 of VIETJET Aviation Joint Stock Company (Securities code: VJC) for cancelling of the Record date for the 5th payment of bond interest (bond code: VJC12312) , Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date (30 December 2025) for exercising the right to receive the 5th payment of bond interest (bond code: VJC12312) of VJC, as announced in VSDC’s Notice on the record date and confirmation of the list of securities holders No. 4613/TB-VSDC dated 19 December 2025.
Reason for cancellation:Due to the arrangement of working days being changed to holidays in accordance with Official Notice No. 12590/TB-BNV dated 25 December 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the New Year Holiday 2026, under which officials, civil servants, public employees and employees of state administrative agencies, public service units and enterprises are entitled to four (04) consecutive days off, from Thursday, 01 January 2026 to Sunday, 04 January 2026 (Gregorian calendar).
VJC shall be responsible for the full and timely payment of interest for the 5th interest period of bond code VJC12312 to bondholders and for any disputes arising therefrom (if any)./.
