Pursuant to the document no. 41751/BIDV-TTDVKH dated 25/12/2025 of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam on adjusting the record date for exercising the right to receive the 3rd interest payment of the BID123004 bond, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
