STB: Exercising the right to nominate expected personnel to the Board of Director for the 2022-2026 term
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Number of Board of Directors members expected to be elected: 4 members;
- Term of office for the newly elected Board of Directors members is the remaining time of the 2022-2026 term;
- Time for Sacombank to send notification to shareholders regarding the nomination of personnel for election as Board of Directors members for the 2022-2026 term: From 21/01/2026;
- Time and location for receiving nomination documents from shareholders/groups of shareholders for the expected election of Board of Directors members for the 2022-2026 term;
- Deadline for receiving nomination documents: no later than 5:00 PM on 06/02/2026;
- The time of receiving documents will be based on the actual time Sacombank receives the documents in person or the time Sacombank receives the documents delivered by postal service.
- Location: Sacombank Board of Directors Office – 15th Floor, 266-268 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
